As ambassadors for Christ, we should be the best-trained people on the planet. Our goal is for Encompass to be known as a place where people thrive in hard locations. In order for this to happen, we must provide our global workers with the care, education, and support they need to represent Him well.

We strive to invest in our global staff, to encourage and equip them, not just during their pre-field training but after they are there as well. They are our greatest resource when it comes to carrying out the Great Commission—without them, we simply cannot do it!
