Chad and the countries surrounding it are considered least reached. In this nation of over 16 million people, there are more than 78 unreached ethnic groups. Without an eternal hope, they face a bleak future. They long for peace—and that can only be found in Jesus.
For the past 20 years, God has richly blessed church planting efforts in Chad and its surrounding countries. To enhance these strides, Encompass established the School of Missiological Studies in 2012 to provide a higher level of education for church planters preparing for cross-cultural ministry. This school gives experienced church planters and leaders the tools to work effectively in countries and cultures different from their own and cultivates a biblical worldview.
