Currently, Louise leads the “Mission Craft” equipping-for-mission team and works as a Church Planting Network strategist. Paul served for ten years as Europe Director and is currently the Senior Director of Encompass’ Church Planting Network, leading church planters in nine countries. In January 2022, Paul will become Senior Director of Missional Equipping for Encompass global staff.
