In Central Asia, a land where only 0.33% of people know Jesus, children with disabilities are often seen as a shame and curse and are frequently ignored. B’s desire is that, through her ministry to these kids and their families, the people of Central Asia will begin to recognize these children as the treasures God created them to be.

B works with Encompass’ Church Planting Network, equipping and mobilizing local churches to assist in this area. Church members serve the families in tangible ways through home visits and playgroups in medical rehab centers. They display God’s love through their words and actions, bringing dignity and respect to these children as people who bear the image of God.

B's prayer is that God will move these children from the cultural perception of objects of shame and curse to instead be conduits of God's honor and blessing through Jesus Christ. As B loves these children in the name of Jesus, pray with us that their whole families, clans, and villages would come to faith in Christ and form new spiritual communities.
