A remarkable number of creative and innovative workers comprise a part of the global staff with Encompass. Such initiatives foster opportunities for Gospel proclamation and extend the reach of believers and churches in the local culture.  They include publishing efforts in France and French-speaking Africa, models of business as mission to give credibility to Gospel witness and economic hope and opportunity to national believers, health care ministries that address the body and soul, and compassion efforts to meet urgent needs. Other staff are enhancing training programs in Southeast Asia and collaborating with local believers in various parts of Europe. One workers has written a transparent personal story, now published widely, about how trust in Jesus amidst deep suffering reflects our larger hope in His sovereign plan.  God uses all kinds of circumstances and strategies to bear witness to the life-changing Gospel.
