Redeeming COVID-19: Hibaile Moderates Security Workshop in C.A.R.

The world continues to navigate the COVID-19 crisis. And in the Central African Republic, the Security Sector of Reform Institution at the President's office asked Encompass's Director of Partnership and Ministry Center, Dr. Augustin Hibaile, to moderate a workshop for key leaders of the National Army and rebel groups on March 18 and 19, 2020. The featured speaker is a General of the South Africa National Defense Forces who came to share the experiences of his country. Pray that Dr. Hibaile feels God's wisdom and knowledge as he leads this important event. And pray for the impact of this encounter on the process of national peace in the C.A.R.
