Because of Encompass’ network structure, collaboration and camaraderie across cultures, languages, and countries comes naturally. Within the Church Planting Network (CPN), church planters around the world are on the same team, accomplishing the same thing. They are unified and can share ideas as they all chase after the same goal: Planting churches that send their own out to plant more churches.
