Encompass’ Crisis Response Network Director Barb Wooler has experienced tragedies first-hand, ranging from natural disasters to refugee crises. In his 41 years of ministry, Encompass’ former Director of Strategic Initiatives Wayne Hannah has also walked through hardships of many kinds.
