France Worship Leader Conference #7364
For over two decades, Encompass worker Kevin has served as a worship leader in France, witnessing a significant gap in training and resources for local worship leaders. But after making a few simple changes to his church’s worship structure, the church started growing at 10–12 percent per year.
Now on March 14, 2026, Kevin is facilitating a one-day conference for worship leaders that could unlock similar growth rates for their own churches. There will be 200 worship leaders traveling from "literally all over France" for a jam-packed day of speakers and breakout sessions. Over 100 churches will be represented, extending the reach of this event far beyond our network of Charis churches.
The schedule includes specialized workshops on vocals, songwriting, and guitar, as well as sessions on how to create a culture and arrange music for small bands. The day will conclude with a worship concert with attendance expected to swell to 350 people.
