An Oasis for Leading Church Planters #8047
Imagine the weight of pioneering new faith communities in some of Africa's most challenging regions. These church leaders constantly pour themselves out to serve others, with little opportunity to step back and recharge. That’s why we’re facilitating a retreat for 23 key African church planters and their mentees (or “Timothies”). Experienced Encompass staff such as network directors Ted Offutt and Thierry Mirrone will facilitate the retreat, allowing these leaders to engage in fellowship and evaluation while exchanging practical strategies. When they return to their ministries, they’ll be able to lead with a renewed sense of vision and strength, ready to pour into their churches and the next generation of leaders. We need $13,000 to make this retreat possible, which will cover the costs of travel, accommodations, and resources for our participants. Thank you for helping us create a sustainable network of church planters who are deeply encouraged, equipped, and unified for the work ahead.
