Elise provides creative support to our organization. She is passionate about reaching the least reached, and loves to help Encompass workers discover creative ways to do that.

Elise is a talented visionary, and she enjoys helping people discover the reason behind what they do and encourage them to achieve new levels in their endeavors. She desires to have meaning and purpose in her work, and with Encompass, she is not only be able to utilize the unique set of talents and professional experience God has given her, but she also helps accomplish the Great Commission and propel the gospel to the least reached.

Elise grew up in France and has friends in countries all over the world. Working in a position with international reach is important to her, as she has a heart for the nations and values the unique friendships she has made over the years. Elise works in France specifically, but is also expanding to work with and for Encompass members around the world.
