France Team Internship

Opportunity:

With just one percent of the population being Evangelical, many French people have never encountered a follower of Jesus. During this experience, you’ll develop ministry skills while learning the French language, building friendships, engaging with believers and non-believers, and discovering an authentic France rarely seen by tourists.

Itinerary:
Highlights include:

• Begin your time getting to know your team in the beautiful Alps of France.
• Attend a three-week French language course with the goal of improving your French and connecting with fellow international students.
• Attend a local French church plant learning what ministry and worship look like in this culture.
• End your time in Paris, hosted by our Encompass workers, to see sites, celebrate, and have time for personal reflection.
• Note – For eligible French speakers there is the opportunity to stay in France longer as a volunteer at a youth camp.

Value:
This internship is for those interested in being guided and mentored by experienced Encompass global workers to grow in their understanding of what missions truly is and how they fit into God’s plan to reach the nations. During this trip, you will experience what missions looks and feels like up close in a “least-reached” context while having opportunities to serve alongside others passionate about God’s heart for the lost. Join us on an exciting adventure to spread the knowledge of God to the farthest ends of the earth!
