Our Encompass efforts intentionally aim to see local churches, appealing and understandable in their contexts, result from lives changed by Jesus. In Japan, teams in both dense urban areas and picturesque rural contexts are working to see the Gospel reach people. A wide-open door for church planting exists with a reputable partner in Thailand. Disciples are being made in church planting efforts among Muslim-majority peoples in central Asia.  Foreigners, whether students, refugees, or long-term immigrants, are hearing the Gospel through the relational investment of Encompass staff – formerly in western Asia until visa issues intervened, for years now in Atlanta and Long Beach among Japanese, and in Germany among a wide variety of people from the Middle East. They come from least reached places around the globe, but they encounter the life-changing message of the same good news about Jesus Christ.  Our staff labor to see the Gospel embraced, Jesus followed, and churches formed.
