We believe that conversion is just the beginning of God’s plan for individuals who are saved through the Gospel. In time, they are meant to grow in Christlikeness, to be led by godly leaders, and to participate in local church families. Encompass’ Church Equipping Network seeks to produce resources and invest in leaders so that the spread of the Gospel expands. One family focuses on equipping many churches in France with resources and perspectives in musical worship. Another staff member serves in a leadership role at a Christian school that serves workers’ children from around the world. Another worker assists in practical materials for growing disciples in French-speaking Europe and Africa, allowing spiritual disciplines and godly habits to form. Another couple spearheads our global efforts to enhance the personal effectiveness and long-term viability of staff. And Florent himself teaches believers and trains leaders on multiple continents, both in-person and using technology. The goal? To see believers grow in maturity and Gospel influence.
