There are nearly 4,000 churches across Chad, Cameroon, and the Central African Republic (CAR), and they need strong, godly leaders. Several years ago, Chadian church leaders approached Africa Director Frank for help with rethinking and rewriting the Chadian Bible Institutes’ curriculum, as they felt the schools could better equip students with church leadership skills. Encompass global staff collaborated with Chad, Cameroon, and the CAR to rework the curriculum, and God is already using these resources to strengthen churches across central Africa.
