There are many Bible verses about Great Commission work. In the Old Testament, God even sent messengers to other nations to declare His glory. In the New Testament, Jesus Himself went on mission when He left heaven to come to earth. Then Jesus sent his disciples on mission to invite even more people into God’s family. God Sent Messengers to the Nations 

• I will perform a sign among them. And I will send those who survive to be messengers to the nations—to Tarshish, to the Libyans and Lydians (who are famous as archers), to Tubal and Greece, and to all the lands beyond the sea that have not heard of my fame or seen my glory.
