2024 Annual Report

Amid our constantly-changing world, Encompass World Partners continues to faithfully reach the least-reached. God blessed us with so many opportunities to partner with Him in our 2022–2023 fiscal year.

  • We had 73 deployed and 24 special assignment staff to total 97 workers who were building God’s Kingdom.
  • Our family of ministries brought the good news to 32 countries on four continents.
  • We worked with approximately 350 ministry partners to bring the gospel to people in their countries.

Our Crisis Response Network shared God’s love with victims of crises such as geopolitical conflicts and natural disasters. Our partners on the ground continue building a housing complex for Ukrainian refugees. Through Operation Joseph, we helped feed Africans at a time when food was scarce by giving seed to farmers in the Central African Republic. We provided critical earthquake relief supplies, food, and housing to many hundreds of earthquake victims in Turkey and Afghanistan.

Our Church Planting Network brought the Good News to the least-reached by planting healthy churches that multiply. In Central Asia, our church plant appointed their first local elder as they continued to grow. In Poland, our church plant successfully transitioned to local leadership. In Japan, we opened a ministry center that is being used for outreach events.

Our Church Equipping Network helped train believers in least-reached countries so they could become sustainable ministry leaders in their own regions of the world. We developed curriculum for a new Master of Missiology class for African pastors which will begin in September 2024. We developed, tested, and adjusted different evangelistic and discipleship tools. We participated in an international African conference where Charis delegates were able to connect and prepare their next projects.

Our Transformation Works Network transformed communities through business ventures, educational opportunities, and service projects while offering the hope of the gospel. We cared for refugees in Western Europe and Central Asia. We provided housing for students in Southeast Asia who came to know Jesus through the ministry. We used business as missions in Central Africa and Central Asia to help locals earn honest wages and spread the gospel within their communities.

Our Mobilization Services Network identified and prepared new missionaries, supported our global workers on the field, and resourced our partners as we sought to take the gospel to the least reached together. We onboarded three new staff members to form our Mobilization Team which helps people respond to the Great Commission. We prepped 21 interns who served in international missions during the spring of 2024. We developed and launched team internships, which helps people explore missions within the context of a team.

Thank you for partnering with us last year in bringing the good news to the least-reached. We couldn’t have done it without you, and we look forward to how God continues unraveling these stories. To learn more, check out our full Annual Report.
