Long-term international ministry placements

Through an abiding commitment with Encompass, you’ll visit your desired field for an extended period of time, immersing yourself in the language and culture and building relationships with global teammates and with new connections. You’ll work with a ministry coach as you seek partners to join your support team, as well as train with experienced mentors as you prepare to embark.
